The show found Abraham waitressing, modeling and taking classes at culinary school. "Being a good mother is a full-time job too," she laments.

Abraham meanwhile was planning for plastic surgery -- which she said was "for her daughter's future" as she's now a model and thinks breast implants will give her more jobs.

Lowell's and her child's father, Tyler Baltierra, said they are getting an apartment together after a  break-in scare at Lowell's mom's house.

Portwood and her the father of her child, Gary Shirley, enter therapy. Her suicide attempt and admission into rehab are not discussed, as they likely happened after cameras stopped rolling for this season.

In May, MTV announced plans to pick up a fourth season of Teen Mom. The show averaged 3.8 million viewers in its second season, making it the highest-rated cable show in the 12-34 demo last year behind Jersey Shore. This season of Teen Mom was too hot to handle! And when we say “hot,” we mean that it was a huge, hot mess.

In between the breakups, the makeups, the fashion crimes, and the actual crimes, we hardly knew whether to laugh, cry or hyperventilate into a bag.

Luckily the Teen Mom gang is back at it for part 2 of a reunion special with Dr. Drew!During last week’s reunion special, Amber left the stage in a fit of tears after Dr. Drew brought up the tragic death of her little sister.

This week, Dr. Drew’s interns managed to drag Amber back in the spotlight and the doc took the opportunity to bring up her domestic abuse charges. Again.

Way to end the segment on a high note, Drew. We’re pretty sure Amber is going to go home and bury her depression in a super-size Slurpee and a bucket of Cheetos.Catelynn and Tyler might be Teen Mom’s cutest couple, but they aren’t without their problems.

As we all know, these two had a huge blowout when Ty wanted to bust out his inner dancing queen and go clubbing, and then he broke Catelynn’s heart when he revealed that he thinks about other women. Sigh, guess he’s not the perfect man after all!

Luckily, Catelynn has learned to acccept Tyler checking out the junk in other ladies’ trunks, so their relationship is stronger than ever! Does anyone else think these two are twice as smart as Doctor Drew? It’s like they’re their own therapists!

Things go from good to adorable when Catelynn’s mom, April, comes on stage. Seriously, it’s like the Brady Bunch up in this joint. Everyone’s hugging, kissing and dropping the L-word — but something’s missing ....

Oh right, jail. Why, you ask? Because he couldn’t keep his hands off April and they got caught in the act. Thank goodness for conjugal visits!A few weeks ago, "Teen Mom" reality star Amber Portwood landed in the hospital after falling into a deep depression and threatening to commit suicide. This occurred after a phone conversation with Gary Shirley, the estranged father of her 2-year-old baby, Leah.

Shirley is, you may remember, infamously the man that she hit as MTV filmed the assault. Amber has since pled guilty to domestic violence charges and temporarily lost custody of Leah.

But on tonight's premiere, the reality star's biggest challenge is deciding between fatso Shirley, who has cheated on her, and Chris, a guy who loves her and the baby.

Chris has two other things going for him: He doesn't look like he's never met a Big Mac he didn't love, and he doesn't incite Amber to violence. Her misery here is confined to deciding between two boys.

Babies are hardly a factor in the show this season.

Farrah, another returning "Teen Mom," has got bigger problems than suicide. Her baby's father died, and her mother split her lip -- but mostly she wants a boob job. She says it will help her "modeling career." Clue: Real models don't have ginormous boobs.

Catelynn is still living with her mother, April, after giving up the baby she had with her mother's husband Butch's son, Tyler. Don't ask. Now mom has got to move, and Catelynn, who hasn't graduated from high school, wants to get an apartment with Tyler, who has just turned 18 himself.

Finally, there's Maci, who needs the child support of her ex, and is trying to make it while trying to find true love with boyfriend Kyle.

It's all very "Friday Night Lights" -- without the hair and makeup. Or the good scripts.

Unlike the riveting first two seasons, the show has degraded into just another scripted-sounding reality series about people who can no longer exist outside of the camera.

Ironically, more harm is probably been done by having the cameras on them 24/7 than if they'd had to adjust on their own. These kids and the boys in their life aren't developing relationships, they're learning how to keep creating more and more drama to keep being the darlings of TV and the tabloids -- at any cost.

Unfortunately, the cost is their children. The show has completely shifted away from the reality of raising a child -- hard enough for educated, middle-income families -- into a soap about looking for love in all the wrong places. And the wrong place to look is under the glare of cameras. The babies are mere window dressing in these ugly lives.
