The film will be targeting families and, stars Mukesh who plays the leading actor in this film. Some of the other cast members include Siddique, Jagathy Sreekumar, Suresh Krishna, Sai Kumar, Indrans and Suraj Venjarammoodu. The lyrics have been penned by Vayalar Sharath and Anil Panachooran, the musical score has been composed by Rajamani.
Vishwanathan (Mukesh) is a loving husband to his wife Anitha (Sonia Agarwal) and a great dad to his son. He is also a popular guy among everyone in the colony due to his ever helpful nature and well mannered behavior. However, due to his over helpful nature and reckless living, his family falls into huge financial trouble. His wife then takes things into her hands and tries her best to set everything back in place.Director Selvaraghavan and Geetanjali Raman are getting engaged today at the latter's residence in Chennai. The function is restricted to family and close relatives of the couple.Selvaraghavan's brother Dhanush and his wife Aishwarya, Vikram, Rana Daggubatti, Yuvan Shankar Raja are also attending the function. Actor Rana, who is currently working with Selva for yet to be titled project, Tweeted, “ Off to Chennai today for the engagement of my director to be and close friend Selvaragavan. Wish him all the luck and love!!."
Selvaraghavan and Geetanjali Raman fell in love for each other during the course of Erandam Ulagam shooting. They are reportedly marrying in June 2011.Silambarasan calls it as a 'rebirth" as he escaped from a major accident. It all happened recently when Simbu and his team were shooting for the film Vaanam. It was a sequence, where the actor was riding bike faster across the busy lanes of Triplicane.On the spur of moment, he lost his balance and fell downside the road. Apparently, he stood up aside saving himself from the fast-running vehicles that were right behind him. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and was given first-aid treatment. He had some injuries over his body and bruises over his head.
Afterwards, she acted alongside popular actors Silambarasan and Vijay in the films Kovil and Madhurey, respectively. In 2004, the controversial Tamil drama film 7G Rainbow Colony, directed by Selvaraghavan again, got released, which went on to become successful at the box office. After appearing in the films Oru Kalluriyin Kathai and Oru Naal Oru Kanavu in 2005, both which failed to perform well at the box office, she got roles in the films Thiruttu Payale and Pudhupettai. The former, directed by Susi Ganesan, became a highly successful film, whilst the latter, another Selvaraghavan film, did only a moderate success, but received universal critical acclaim by reviewers.
